We want \nto make advocacy videos in support of the effort in this state to have \noil and gas operations better regulated and also in order to show the \nproblems we are seeing when we look at gas wells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course we&#8217;ll\n also be making videos of cats and the woods, too! And we&#8217;re hoping to \nmake some videos showing how we do things in the blacksmith shop for <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.horton-brasses.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Horton Brasses&#8217; blog<\/a> where we&#8217;ve been posting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yesterday we uploaded our first video on YouTube, titled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QT2KOnVzV6s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Three Natural Gas Wells<\/a>.\n I shot footage while I was looking at gas well sites on 14 April. I \ngave an impromptu narrative while filming. We&#8217;re still novices with the \ncamera and the sound quality isn&#8217;t what we hope for. And we&#8217;re learning \nthe ropes for the editing software. We&#8217;ve since gotten microphones which\n work great (we bought a camera which had jacks for a microphone and \nearphones).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We had the camera along with us when we visited the site in the following post and Molly filmed a great interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More soon!\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The end of March Molly and I purchased an inexpensive used video camera on eBay along with software so that we can edit what we shoot.
