This is a recent UIC Class II well in Ritchie county. The operator's permit expired in December 2013 and they submitted a new application for a permit in January 2014. According to the Office's WR-40 database, injection had not taken place since April 2013. The well in May 2016 was considered abandoned. A NOV was issued in June 2014 for the well being abandoned without being plugged. Equipment appears in Google Earth imagery to have been removed from the site by September 2015.
