This is an older UIC Class II well in Roane county. The operator's permit expired in 2014 and there is no indication that an application for a new permit has been submitted. No injection has taken place after 2013. The well was considered abandoned in May 2016. This operator has a number Class II secondary recovery wells and has applied for and received permits to drill new wells.
