This is an older UIC Class II well in Roane county. This well's permit expired in 2012 and there has not been an attempt to apply for a new permit. This well was purchased with other wells in 2015 by another operator. This well was classified as abandoned and the operator was ordered to plug the well in 2016. The previous operator obtained a plugging permit in 2011 but did not plug the well.
