This is a formerly producing well that has been converted to be a storage well. It is located on the west side of Campbell's Branch at the stream's north end.
The well pad is graveled and the well appears to be well maintained. A small shed near the wellhead has API number and other identifiers on the wall.
This is a storage well north and west of Campbell's Branch near Camp Virgil Tate. The wellhead is to the left and is painted orange.
The storage well was converted from a formerly producing well. The metal is painted.
The pad near the equipment is graveled.
The meter shed has placards with the API number and emergency contact telephone numbers.
