Well drilled in 1990
Producing formation(s): Lower Huron Shale
Geographic location: latitude 38.492115, longitude -81.759079

Visited first in 2008

This well is a member of the long well access road group and had a pleasant site.

The dike for the tank is substantial but we could see no rainwater drain. The tank's trapdoor was missing.

The road like others in the area is in bad shape and parts of the pad for the well are bare of vegetation.

The paint on the pipes needs to be renewed.

This photo also shows the somewhat spotty vegetation on the well pad.

The tank had a satisfactory dike but as near as we could tell was without a rainwater drain. The trapdoor is missing for this tank.

Visited again in 2010

The major change to the site was the addition of fresh paint to the metalwork. The pad's vegetation also appeared to be better.

The wellhead had been painted gray. Compare this to the rusted blue-painted image of the wellhead in 2008.

As in 2008 the wellhead had its API number tag.
