Just north of Camp Virgil Tate Road in Kanawha county, where Cranberry Pipeline comes down a ridge, is a condensate storage tank that has no secondary containment as required by law.
Three pipelines are visible at this location, the Cranberry Pipeline and two other operators' pipelines.

The tank is a large plastic storage tank that is connected to the pipeline.

The tank sits just above Camp Virgil Tate Road and has no secondary containment as can be seen in the photo.

Another photo of the tank showing no secondary containment. A yellow pipeline marker is visible just to the east of the tank.

Three pipelines are in this area. The large pipeline is part of the Columbia Transmission system. There is another operator's pipeline that runs parallel to this one and the road. Cranberry Pipeline comes down off the ridge here.
