This older well is on South Poca River Road after 47-079-00615 and before the Thomas store.
The wells we've seen operated by this operator are painted with a distinctive two-tone color scheme. This well is close to the road and has a well grassed site. The only problem we saw was that the lettering on the printed placard attached to this well was faded. Only the last four digits of the API number were clear. The problem could easily be corrected with a metal marking pen.
There was no tank for this well.
The wellhead is short and simple.
This operator's color scheme is purposeful. Valves are painted yellow, pipe is green.
All of the printing on the placard is faded but readable except for the county digits on the API number.
The other parts of the well are spread out toward the west.
The ruts in the foreground were not caused by operator-related activities.
A tank and more valves that are very close to the ground.
The shed probably contains a meter for recording gas production.
